To Make a Reservation:
Call us or follow the steps below to reserve online!
1. Below you will find a calendar with our availability.
2. Select the month and click the day you wish to book your adventure.
3. Select the time of the tour you wish to book and then click on the "book now" button.
Please be aware that the tour times are not listed in sequential order,
they're listed with tour times with the most openings first.
4. Fill out all fields on the form, be sure to include an e-mail address.
5. Indicate that you've read our rider and cancelation policy by
checking the appropriate box found at the end of the form.
6. Click submit. You will get an immediate confirmation sent via e-mail. Print for your records.
When you return to the calendar, your tour will appear as scheduled.
If you do not get a confirmation, your transaction was not approved.

during the process.

Cancellation/Rain check policy
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled departure. Cancellations are handled by phone at 312-552-5100. All tours cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee. All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options. If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, there is a 100% charge, with no rescheduling option.
We operate rain or shine. However, if we cancel a tour due to extreme inclement weather you will receive a 100% refund.
Age and Weight Parameters
Riding a Segway is safe, once you've gone through our orientation. However, we do require that all riders be at least 14 years of age. All riders under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
In order to assure our riders' safety, there is a minimum weight requirement of 100 pounds. The maximum recommended weight limit as specified by the manufacturer, Segway, LLC, is 260 pounds. In order to ride, your weight must fall in this range.
Limitations and Restrictions
It is not recommended that pregnant women and any person with health restrictions, seizure disorders, or intolerance or sensitivity to extreme heat and sun participate in this activity. Riders must be capable of standing for extended periods of time. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from riding.

We are located 2 blocks east of Michigan Avenue on the south side of Randolph Street at 337 East Randolph Street. Look for our orange Absolutely Chicago Segway Tours signs.
Driving Directions: If you are driving, click on the map for driving directions. Parking is available at the East Monroe St. Parking Garage, located at 5 S. Columbus Drive. Enter from South Columbus, heading north. The entrance is approximately 50 feet north of the intersection of Monroe and Columbus on the east side. After entering the garage, turn right and follow the signs towards Randolph Street. Just take the escalator up to the first floor and follow our signs. Our office is adjacent to the escalator. Discount parking coupons are available at the conclusion of your tour.

When to be there
Please be punctual. Once everyone is checked in, you will be given training on the safe operation of your Segway from our professional, certified trainers. When everyone is comfortable with his or her Segway, we're on the trail!
What to wear and what to bring
Please bring your Drivers License or photo ID, and a valid credit card. In terms of clothing, remember that it can be cooler near the lakefront, so you may want to bring a light jacket, hat and gloves in the cooler months. In the event of rain, we will provide you with ponchos. Remember to wear comfortable shoes. High-heels are not recommended.
During the summer you'll want to bring your sunglasses and sunscreen. And bring your camera for great photos!
Requirements
All participants are required to wear protective helmets at all times and sign waiver and release forms prior to departure.

Rain or shine
We operate rain or shine. No worries. We have lightweight ponchos available for you should it start to rain. We do not operate in heavy rain. Refer to our cancellation/rain check policy below.
